  1. Is there easy access to the lots?
    Answer: County Road 322 is maintained by the county and
    offers easy access.  Most of our lots border CR322.

  1. What are the covenants associated with the subdivisions?
Answer: Extensive research by Valley Abstract Title Co. was
done.  They were unable to find any recorded restrictive    
covenants for these two subdivisions.  Only the standard
county subdivision restrictions apply (eg. 25 ft. setback at
front and rear, 10 ft. setback at sides, no farm animals,
requirements of building septic and well permits, etc.).

  3. Are mobile homes presently found in the subdivisions and are
    they allowed?
    Answer: Mobile homes are not presently seen, but they are
    allowed.
