Actual Driving Directions:
From Fort Sumner (intersection of US-84 and Sumner Ave/US-60)
Head SE on E. Sumner (US-60/US-84) for 13.6 miles
Turn right at NM-294 (announcement sign about 150 yards before intersection)
Head south for 15.8 miles.
Where pavement ends turn left onto Co. Hwy 2-25. (Very nice hardpacked gravel
road)
Proceed 3.75 miles.
Turn left onto a ranch road (heading northwest). Proceed through the barbed wire
gate (close gate behind you) NW direction
In 1.4 miles a wide spot is seen along with a "double road".
Proceed due north nearly 1 mile. Road goes between a stock tank on the left and
windmill on the right.
Immediately after the stock tank, turn left (due west) onto another ranch road,
proceed ¼ mile. On your right is the SE corner of the property. The SW corner is
exactly ¼ mile ahead. The NE and NW corners are exactly ¼ mile due north of
their southern counterparts.
NOTE: About 1/8 mile north (around center of lot) is a high spot offering views in
EVERY direction.
